this is my version of handlin stress...tak tau kalo berguna untuk sape2 kat luar sana..
1.realize your potential,tau ape yg kuat and lemah dari diri sendiri..make the best of yourself and do what make you happy..
2.have some really close and good frens,ini penting untuk hati and perasaan..everybody need somebody kan?
3.get some hobby,well..for me ini penting..for now..my hobby is reading and playing some computer games..wat yours?
4.pampered yourself a lil,meaning..pegi shopping sorang2,ataupun pegi spa sorang2..just you and yourself
5.try something new and fun,yg paling mudah..drive pusing2 KL and try new road..ataupun,try makan kat kedai baru..ataupun try banyak2 kasut kat 1 kedai..the list go on..the only thing that stopping you is YOU
6.get connected with some old frens,kadang2 kita kena jalinkan balik persahabatan lama kita tu kan?
7.sleep all day,ah..ni tak digalakkan la..this is the last thing to do..especially bile aritu ade meeting penting..hahahaha
8.dun get into other people's problems,if your own self a mess..dun try to help others..but if you must..a friend in need is a friend indeed..rite?
9.change your bf or gf..hahahaha,this is highly not recommended..
10.be strong and pray,ini sume pun buat..tapi tis time buat ngan ikhlas and really mean it..it might open your eyes and see things differently
