There aren't a lot of movies, especially love genre movie that can push my basic instinct to watch it, but I may say from this trailer, this might be a great movie to watch. Blue Valentine is basically, in laymen term, a modern day romantic movie.
So how did I heard of this movie? It's all thanks to controversy regarding the movie's rating. The movie receive the infamous NC-17 rated, it's kinda like our movies rate, U for umum (and so on). So in the US, apparently NC-17 is a dreaded rate for any movie, it's hard for a movie to get nominations when getting rated as a NC-17. NC-17 means the movie have a very emm.."suggestive", "extreme", "over the moon"? sex scene. You can read all about it in the Yahoo! link here.
